1)明太子を焼く。
ふつうは生だけど、焼くと生臭さが消えて、明太子が苦手な人にもおすすめ。
2)3分の1くらいを丼に入れて、ほぐす。
3)オリーブオイルを回しかける。お好みでマヨネーズ。
4)スパを表示どおりに茹でる。
5)スパと混ぜて、刻み海苔をふれば、出来上がり。美味しいよ!
1) Grill seasoned cod roe which is cod's egg soaked in salt and pepper source.
Most people don't grill but grilling makes fishy smell disappear so everyone can eat.
2) Stir one-third of it in a bowl.
3) Pour olive oil and add mayonnaise if you like.
4) Boil spaghetti as instructed.
5) Mix the No.3 source and boiled spaghetti, then add "kizami-nori" which is shredded dried laver seaweed. Yummy!
